Pinecrest ARP Church is seeking a part-time singer and guitar player to assist in the music ministry of the church.

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Be a professed Evangelical Christian.
• Demonstrate advanced musical proficiency in:
  • Both guitar and voice.
  • A wide variety of musical styles (traditional hymns and contemporary worship music).

If hired for this position, you must:

• Actively participate in the music ministry of the church by:
  • Leading the congregational hymns by singing and playing the acoustic guitar for all services, including Easter, Christmas, etc.
  • Rehearsing and/or coordinating with the church pianist the various hymns and songs to be performed, including special music pieces.
• Maintain effective communication with the Pastor, Pianist, Worship Committee, etc
• Submit to Pinecrest’s leadership, the established policies and procedures and doctrine of the church.

This position:

• Is a part-time position with regular hours being Sundays 9AM-11:30AM.
• Pays $200.00 flat amount per week paid out on the 1st and 15th of each month.
• Includes two paid Sundays off per calendar year.
• Irregular hours are to be expected.
